Model: Famous
Owner My mom (secretly me)
Note: Our stud colt, Famous. My mom wants to geld him, but I say NAY! she thinks hes abit to "study" when she rides him, but he only has like 20 rides, MAYBE under him, and he's just now three (technically not till like april) and he's 16.1 so, of course he's gonna be abit of a goober. he's not mean. but NOBLE. deffinantly acts like A TB, then a QH. BUT! if we geld him, he could possibly be mine to ride, though I dont ride english, but I can always start!!

Love the sepia on this piccy...great job! I like the contrast of the dark eye and white sky.

Ahh, decisions, decisions. there's no way you could ride him AND keep him a studly muffin?

well, im ONLY 16, so LEGALLY I couldnt SHOW him. until I was 18 but, why we would keep him a stud is because his bloodlines are BEYOND BELIEF, an o war show up 3+ times... just to give a taste of it :)
Woah. That gorgeous. I love the detail you captured! It's amazing!

That's a really hard decision. I hope you can find the best choice for you and your family (horses included). Often times, if they aren't gelded earlier, don't they keep a lot of stallion traits? So it almost seems like it wouldn't do much good to geld him, especially if you already think he is a sweetheart. :) But I could definitely understand wanting to be able to show him ASAP.

Meh!! I'm sorry I can't help. It's distressing just thinking about it!

well, luckily, he's still younger, and hasnt been bred and really wont be bred till 08 or 09. so, if we gelded him, in no time he would be rather. gelding like. he doesnt even have his stud jaws yet, which I wish he'd get, cause I think their SO cute :aww:
Dang.

Well, that's only two years...you can have two years to perfect your riding! Yay! lol. I would so keep him studly. Just 'cause it's cool and he sounds awesome.

I wish they had kept my Paso Fino a stallion (he's passed on now). He had a great personality, conformation, and unbelievable bloodlines. Most of the horses in his bloodlines showed up in the top 5 Paso Finos in America lists multiple times. But if they had kept him...intact I might never have gotten him, which would be sad. lol.

"in no time he would be rather. gelding like." XD Something about that pause amuses me.
